In the making of our marshmallows, we rely on an entirely natural, unrefined, and NON-GMO pure cane sugar. This sugar is derived from the squeezing and evaporation of the juice extracted from recently harvested sugar cane, culminating in a golden, sweet crystal .

Grass Fed Gelatin

Our choice to use pasture-raised gelatin ensures that the animals are raised in a humane and natural environment, contributing to their well-being and promoting sustainable farming practices. This commitment not only elevates the taste and texture of our marshmallows but also aligns with our dedication to responsible and conscious food choices.

Louisiana Honey

We take pride in selecting honey that is locally sourced, harvested from the thriving hives nestled amidst the picturesque meadows and wildflowers of Louisiana. We are dedicated to supporting the hardworking beekeeping community that tends to the precious pollinators which are so vital to our region. Incorporating honey enables us to decrease the quantity of corn syrup utilized in our recipes.

Light Corn Syrup

Our recipes do utilize a small quantity of light corn syrup to manage crystallization, improve texture, and offer gentle sweetness. This simple sugar originates from corn starch and is not High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Bourbon Vanilla Extract

We chose the Bourbon Vanilla Extract that we use with care. It is crafted from the finest Madagascar beans and infused with aged bourbon, it adds a luxurious depth and a hint of sweet sophistication to our creations.
