Creole Clouds is a cottage business operating in Metairie Louisiana according to LA Rev Stat § 40:4.9 (2022). We hope to expand nationwide in the future but every business has to get started somewhere.

UPS ground. Our products should arrive anywhere within the state in 1 or 2 days.

When the temperatures are expected to be above 80 degrees, which happens quite a bit in Louisiana, we include ice packs and insulation to keep our marshmallows intact. If they do feel a little sticky upon arrival that just means that a bit of the coating has melted in transit. A quick toss in confectioners sugar will make them dry again.

It usually takes about 3-5 days to process and create orders. We package and ship on Tuesday’s and Friday’s so your marshmallows should arrive 1 or 2 days later.

Every effort is made to get orders out as soon as possible. Marshmallow making is a multi-day process and this is a tiny operation. During periods of high demand it make take 7-10 days to create your items. If you need your marshmallows ASAP please send us an email at support@creoleclouds.com and we can see what we can do.

Not at this time. Our items are edible and perishable so refunds and exchanges are not possible. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at support@creoleclouds.com, or call the number listed below, and will try to have your problem resolved.
