Greetings, I am Jaime Ardoyno Havard, the proud owner of Creole Clouds, a Metarie, LA-based venture set to redefine your marshmallow experience. As a mother of three teenagers and one 20 yo "adult," my journey into creating this company began unexpectedly, sparked by a thoughtful gift from my husband of over 25 years, Greg. One day he came home with a stand mixer. I had wanted one since college but had never gotten around to actually purchasing one for myself. One of the first things I wanted to make with my new toy was marshmallows. Of course, I didn’t have the ingredients at that moment but a thought suddenly struck me—I had never encountered handcrafted marshmallows in my area. Enter Creole Clouds, a dream born from the desire to share these delectable treats with others.

We have put a great deal of work into curating the finest ingredients, prioritizing quality above all. The heart of our selection comes from Whole Foods, but recognizable name brands of items like chocolate sandwich cookies and vanilla wafers are included as well. Our commitment to excellence drives us to deliver a product that stands apart from mass-produced alternatives found in grocery stores.
